Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us by email at info@leadstorenetwork.com, providing details of the product and the issue you experienced.
The shipping costs of returning an item are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
