Refund & Returns Policy

This contract is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For consumers resident in the EU, local mandatory consumer protection rules also apply.

Return period

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or an exchange.

Eligibility requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it
  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable products

Certain types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care items

Required documentation

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds

In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank — some refunds require processing time

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us by email at info@leadstorenetwork.com, providing details of the product and the issue you experienced.

Return shipping costs

The shipping costs of returning an item are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
