This Shipping Policy explains how, where and when Lead Store Network delivers your orders. By placing an order on leadstorenetwork.com, you accept the terms set out below.
We ship to customers across Europe. Some products may also be available for non-EU destinations; availability is shown during the order process. If we are unable to deliver to your area, you will be informed before the order is finalised.
Once your order is confirmed, it is usually prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Standard delivery usually takes between 3 and 7 business days across Europe, depending on the destination country and the courier. For non-EU destinations, delivery times may be longer. These times are estimates and start from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
Products are delivered by our partner couriers, in suitable and protective packaging. The courier used may vary depending on your country and the type of product ordered.
Where tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.
The total cost of delivery is shown clearly during the order process; there are no hidden charges beyond what is indicated at checkout. Most orders are available with cash on delivery, meaning you pay the courier when the parcel is handed to you.
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, tariffs or local taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the order total.
The courier will attempt delivery to the address you provide. If you are not available, the courier may leave a notice or attempt delivery again, according to its own procedures. Please make sure to collect your parcel within the timeframe indicated by the courier.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery times may be affected by events beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions, customs checks or force majeure. Any significant delays will be communicated to you by email as soon as possible.
